Privacy Policy

At Inddais (accessible from and its sub-domains), one of the major priorities is the privacy of our visitors. We understand that your privacy is important to you. We respect the rights of users of our site and commit to always protecting your privacy under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

We will not collect any personal information (also referred to as personal data) about you on this site without your permission or otherwise, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. Information we collect

Inddais follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The personal data collected varies across the Sites and may include information that you provide, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and background information required to apply for registration. For instance, by registering for Inddais newsletters or alerts, you agree to receive the correspondence to which you have subscribed at the e-mail address that you provided at registration. Only Inddais or its agents will contact you using this e-mail address. We will send e-mails to this address related to your registration. We will not disclose the information in the e-mail we receive and send to any third party without the permission of the sender, unless otherwise under the GDPR legislation.

We may also automatically collect information about the devices that interact with our Sites. Like any other website, Inddais uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information, including visitors’ preferences and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

You should know whenever you publicly disclose information online, others could collect and use that information. Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Inddais, which are sent directly to users’ browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. Note that Inddais has no access to/ control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers. Inddais is not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users publicly disclose in any such forums on the Sites.

Inddais’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Data retention policy

Inddais keeps personal data, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship. We are not required to rectify or erase your data. Where to do so would prevent you from meeting your contractual obligations to us or where we are required to process (including keeping) your personal data for a lawful purpose under the GDPR legislation. We may also keep personal data for longer than the duration of the business relationship should we need to keep it to use it for analysis or historical record- keeping or comply with our information management policies and schedules. If you request, we delete your personal data. Inddais will attempt to delete all instances of the information in their entirety. Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, take part in and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Inddais does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to remove such information from our records.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website regarding the information that they shared and/or collect in Inddais. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will alert you to any such changes by updating this Privacy Policy. If we change this Privacy Policy that increase our rights to use personal data that we have previously collected about you, we will get your consent either through an email to your registered email address or by prominently posting information about the changes on our Sites.
